The NSW Lib’s think they can restrict public sector workers access to the IRC, and that Unions will just go away? We haven’t even begun yet.

Barry O’Farrell, and the NSW Govt, need to rescind these new laws, and create a NSW wages policy that is fair, balanced, and which do not remove the constitutional rights of public sector workers to independent decisions from industrial courts.

We can do this the easy way or the hard way Barry. Unions have got plenty of time. Don’t take your new job for granted – it’ll be gone before you know it if you keep these laws and policies.
