NTEU is organising a timely conference of leading thinkers and actors on the future of the higher education sector.

In 2012, Australian universities will undergo substantial changes with the introduction of the Demand Driven System. The new regulatory environment based on quality assessment under a new standards based system will be rolled out under the auspices of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). These are the most substantive changes to the funding and regulation of the sector since the creation of the Unified National System in 1989.

‘Australian Universities Today and Tomorrow’ will be a high level, intensive and interactive conference with a series of panel presentations, debate amongst the panellists and Q&A with the audience.
